Programme Description
The MPhil in Food Science and Technology is a research-based postgraduate programme designed to develop scientific, analytical and problem-solving skills in the food industry. It equips candidates with advanced analytical, experimental and critical thinking skills within a defined area of study which may be in any of the following: food chemistry, food microbiology, food processing, product development, food safety, quality assurance and emerging technologies in food innovation.
