Entry Requirements

Have a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree (class 2.2 or better) in Veterinary medicine, Bachelor ofMedicine and Surgery. BSc Nursing, BSc Public Health, Animal Health.
Biological scientists with relevant industrial experience in vaccines and diagnostics among other relevant exposures. Agricultural scientists with experience in plants, health professionals and Food scientists with qualifications from any recognised University.
In exceptional cases, the Senate may admit students not meeting the above mentioned requirement (point 1 and 2), provided such candidates can show that they are well qualified to undertake post graduate work, on the basis of research experience and academic work they have conducted.
Candidates with a third class maybe required to attend an interview to assess their competence as well as provide a recommendation letter from their employer or supervisor.
