Summary of  experience:

M.Tiny Gango is a Lecturer in the Accounting and Finance Department lecturing
Food and Beverage Services and Management and Rooms Division. Along with
lecturing these theoretical and practical modules, dissertation supervision is also
part of the competency profile. She is a Trustee for a Non-Profit making charity
organization called Virtuous Women International, a shareholder for a tour
Operating Company called En-Hakkore Travel and Tours, an examiner for
ITTD (ZIMDEF), an adjudicator for Amai’s Cook-out competitions as well as a
consultant for Simukai Vocational Training Center. Previous work experience
was at Manica Skyview Hotel as an Operations Manager, Golden Peacock as a
Guest Relations supervisor and at Holiday Inn as a banqueting waitress.

Research Interests:

Accessible tourism, Indigenous Cuisine innovation, culture
and heritage, health and wellness as well as Green tourism initiatives in
mountain areas.
